Maasai Mara is an extension of the Serengeti ecosystem to the south. Game abounds here, particularly when the migration is on, and millions of wildebeests and zebras make their way back and forth across the Mara River on their annual trek. The Mara is also noted for its abundance of lions - particularly the superb black maned males. Look out to see lots of elephants here often in large herds, as well as - if you're lucky - leopard, cheetah and rhino. All of the Big Five are residents. You're likely to see the African buffalo. Get the cameras ready, stock up on film and enjoy yourselves
Morning pick up from your Nairobi Hotel transfer to Wilson Airport for morning schedule flight to Masai Mara departing at 1000 hrs.
1045 hrs On arrival at Mara Airstrip, you will be met and transferred to your camp for check in. Followed by lunch at the camp/lodge.
Proceed for afternoon game drive in the reserve until sunset. Dinner and overnight at The Lodge or Camp - Full Board Basis.
